Yes, the tall grass and weeds in this area are constant problems that the Township needs to address.

I walk my dogs past this area. The rodents sheltered here as well as the probability for ticks are a hazard to my pets and my family. This problem needs to be addressed.

The tall grass and weeds need to be cut and managed as they are becoming a hazard.

I have first hand experience with groundhog retreating to the weed field after being startled from my front porch.

This area is unsightly and has created an unwelcome residence for groundhogs, rodents, ticks and mosquitoes. Many of our neighborhood children ride their bikes in this safe cul de sac and neighbors walk their dogs. This unkept area creates health and issues for many. Your assistance in resolving the upkeep of this area is greatly appreciated.

My apologies, I believed I had turned this over to the Police who typically cite homeowners for tall grass and weeds. I haven't heard back, I will check to see if this is being worked on from their end. Meanwhile, I will send this notice to S&A/Pinnacle with the Township Code citation where they may find the requirement to cut the grass/weeds.

This is an undeveloped parcel so Police don't have anything on file. We have informed a representative of S&A Homes/Pinnacle Development that they are required by Township Ordinance to keep the grass/weeds mowed to 6 inches or less within 150 feet of a residential building. They indicated they would hire a landscape company to take care of it. We'll check on this issue weekly to monitor progress.

AND we do not endorse anyone to walk, drive, etc., where there is not Township owned sidewalk or road especially if you are trespassing on private land, whether it is slated to be a future development or not. You do so at your own risk.

Here we go again!! What's it take for the owners to keep this parcel cut???
