Grey, American made, facing street, parked on city sewer easement.

Code Enforcement Officer is unable to locate grey vehicle parked on City easement. Address given does not exist. Code enforcement will continue to patrol area and cite for present violations.

There is no violation of vehicle parked on City Sewer Easement. Code states that noting can be built on easement. Nothing on parking a vehicle. Property will be cited for weeds and will also have to prove beige vehicle is operable. There is no grey vehicle on the property as complainant stated .
