Fence violation not corrected. Refer to court.

Fence still not fixed and backyard has overgrowth and junk that makes it an eyesore too. It's been almost 7 months since this was reported. What is the status and how much longer will it take? It's ridiculous that the city has not gotten this corrected.

Thank you for the update. Please be advised, Missouri City does not make repairs to private property. The Property Owner has been referred to court. The process entitles any home owner to due process. Please feel free to contact the Home Owner's Association to determine if any action has been taken.

I'm aware that the city obviously does not so the repairs. I'm just shocked that the process to enforce the city ordinance takes this long for such a clear and blatant violation. Thanks for your reply and suggestion to contact the HOA. I will do that also.

Plead no contest fine $100.00 plus court costs.

.....and there it still sits. Now not only is the fence and backyard an eyesore, but now the front yard looks horrible and overgrown again.

Fence still not repaired. Can they be summoned to court again? Or what is the solution to this? Were they given a deadline to repair it? It's been this way for a year, and they obviously aren't going to fix it.

The broken section of the fence was finally repaired recently.
