Same old crap. Tenant gone out for evening. Leaves dogs to bark over and over through boredom. Either in yard or house with upstairs window open.

- Police don't want to know.
- Animal Control not contactable on a weekend evening at 10pm.
- Landlord never returns calls
- Tenants don't care
