This intersection does not seem bad to most people- until you have turn left from Lake St onto Route 46 going toward Route 31. There definitely needs to be a fully functional light here. People can't wait to drive around others on the shoulder of the road and someone is seriously going to get hurt if not killed very soon with snowy, icy roads coming.

Turning left from either lake rd. or n. lake st. is a hassle and people get very impatient and that's when things get scary. We need a fully functional light at the corner of N. Main st. and Rt. 316. Winter conditions will only make things worse!

comming off N. lake street.. speeding traffic on 46 is difficult to judge and waiting times are ridiculous if you intend to be cautious..light would solve that problem
