This bridge is supposed to be closed, right?

Some local brats threw all of the signs over the banks and now there are practically none left to warn motorists of the bridge being closed. A few nights ago a police car even drove by and did NOTHING. It was around 6:30pm.

Because of the lack of signage, many are simply using the bridge and driving right across.
