My neighbors haven't cleaned their back yard for years and they have 3 large dogs . They don't clean up after the dogs and the smell is so bad that we can't open our doors or use our air conditioner because the smell comes into our house through the doors and air conditioner. Something needs to be done to make them clean up the front and back yards of weeds and dog poo!
