This illegal dumping has been on the sidewalk since the beginning of July. 'See. Click Fix' tickets get opened & City of Oakland closes out the request as resolved. The garbage had never been removed, & only continues to grow, so this is not resolved. Not sure why the Oakland continues to close out this request.

Cite these people, sit lie law, obstructing pedestrians, possession of stolen shopping carts, milk crates, waste management bins to start. Stop enabling and pandering these people they need to be made accountable for there actions.
