new light is a yellow flashing turn light. It only seems to be set for flashing during rush hour. It should flash in the evening and during the night. Coming home after work at midnight and the turn light is red and stays red unless it is tripped by a car going east /west which is seldom. It does not turn green - you can sit there for a long time or finally turn left on the red light if there are no cars. I have sat there many times. please can we fix it to yellow flashing?????
