Thank you for your message. The Waltham Traffic Commission has jurisdiction over improvements to intersections and determining where crosswalks are installed. I have attempted to attach a copy of of the Traffic Commission's request form that you can fill out for them to address at an upcoming meeting. The form is listed under Traffic Engineering and it is their standard form. The Traffic Commission meets monthly on the 3rd Thursday of the month. You are welcome to have neighbors or any other concerned citizens sign on to your request as well.
