Fosterview Homeowner's Association is requesting investigation and action:
3 separate vehicles in last year have failed to turn, went straight, jumped curb, ran through fence, yards, landscape and one into garage destroying hot water heater. Please install jersey barrier or guardrail. Please add orange placques on curve signs and speed limit signs and reflectors on new guardrail or barrier.
