This is absolutely unacceptable! We who live in South Vallejo, deserve better! Please clean up this mess of abandoned, unlicensed vehicles that are leaking toxic fluids in our neighborhood and creating a biological hazard that has become a quality of life issue. Where is the city in this situation, better yet where is the city council and mayor?
