Descripción

Stop people from using the shoulder as a right hand turn lane onto Westtown road from Market Street. People use it all the time. A school bus turning from the right lane almost got hit by a car using the shoulder as the turn lane.

It isn't fixed, but I am tired of getting the email. Just be very careful when making a right turn onto westtown road from Market St. Always check your right mirror to see who may be there
