Please correct the address on this issue. The correct address is 654 40th Ave N. in the Allendale Oaks Association area. And this may be considered a storm drain issue rather than a sewer problem as the water from a rain flows out of the storm drain. I may have posted incorrectly.

The flooded storm drain in front of 654 40th Ave North has been sent to Stormwater from a different SeeClickFix report, you can follow the link below to view that issue.
