You have both overnight parking as well as folks possibly shopping, visiting residents or now using the community garden . I think Collingswood needs to define some visitor parking in the lot and/or possibly assign parking for residents. This is a daily occurrence, because folks do not take notice of the permit parking signage posted on the street.

As an update this continues to be a problem and multiple cars parking on Collings Avenue and in the permit required parking lot all without permits.

We ate also annoyed cars parking on the street without permits Prople who have five car garags and driveway's another one they just have a driveway and park their car on the street so that they don't have to juggle cars around. Sometime we have to park on the side street because there are no parking spaces in front of our home, which we can get a ticket for because it isn't our street. We don't know what to do about this we are not up at 2am to call maybe we are at 6am we could call you to have them ticketed but by the time you arrive it's after 6 times up
I just notice that there is a parking enforcement car for parking which is great I hope they go around and start giving out tickets, so people will abide by the laws of our town.
