The bulk pile has been removed. Follow up question: was the resident compelled to do so or did the city remove the trash?

Joint resolution. Several different ways. We can bill landlord and/or resident. Sometimes residents forfeit their ability to book another"scheduled" bulk appointment for a year plus get billed. Important thing is issue closed. Thanks for reporting.

I do appreciate the follow up- thanks! Reason I ask is that the landlord is HANH so I'm trying to find out if I'm paying for that trash removal when I, and the rest of my fellow taxpayers, shouldn't be.
