These arrow signals at Townline Road are turned on and DO work. Yesterday I caught the red light while heading west on Rt. 20, and hung back in the left turn lane so I was stopped over the sensing pad installed in that lane, and sure enough, when the light turned green, there was the left turn arrow. This simulated a situation where more than one car was waiting to turn left, which is the only time you may even need an arrow at all, because if you are the only car going left, you just pull out into the intersection, and even if the light goes red again, you are permitted to make the left turn. So this See, Click, Fix item does not require Action by anyone.
