Description

This wall on private property either fell down or was taken down by the new owner (the empty undersized lot is currently unbuildible due to size) and has been in this condition for 2 weeks. As you can see the debris is on High Rock Road and no safety precautions have been taken to secure the wall, repair it or caution those walking in the area.
