This stand is bent, but it is still functional, the base is not metal-fatigued, and it's still solidly anchored to the sidewalk. I highly doubt that the city would do anything about it except maybe cut it off and leave nothing, as they have done with others I have reported. So I will close this off. You can always reopen it if you disagree with me, but it will never be actioned by the City here as they do not monitor this forum anymore.
