Description

Due to a sagging power line and overhanging branches, Vincent Road has inadequate clearance for safe passage without crossing the double yellow line. The low power line is attached to pole #3, 62312,157661 near the intersection of Vincent and Fletcher (close to 7275 Vincent). The low hanging branches continue along Vincent and onto Island Center. It is not possible to drive a high profile vehicle (RV and Delivery Truck) without crossing the double yellow line thus risking a head on collision.
