Hello, my request is for the parks and recreation department to take better care of the edgewood dog park. Specifically though, I have 2 requests:
1. to change the trash can at the entrance of the park to a tote-style can that can be closed, instead of the open top one currently there.
2. to do some landscape maintenance. the entrance is completely over grown, as is parts of the park inside the fence. it also needs to be re-mulched.

We received your issue and the work has been scheduled.
Unfortunately the totters you reference have a tendency of being flipped or disappearing from locations. The current bin is affixed to the ground.

Hello! I wanted to confirm that the trimming was indeed done and say thanks to Ms. Bombero and the Parks and Rec Dept. It contributes to better hygiene and cleanliness in the dog park.
I also understand what you are saying re the totters and cans disappearing. Is there no way of getting a cover for it, or changing it to something like the attached picture? Of course i understand it may not be possible, but I just wanted to suggest.
