Description

The "walk" signal does not light up for pedestrians heading west along the north side of Ygnacio Valley Rd. These are brand new signals. Cars turning right onto northbound Broadway from westbound YVR will attempt to traverse the crosswalk; even if pedestrians are present; if they see the red "don't walk" signal, creating an unsafe situation for pedestrians who are legally crossing.
