Description

7:00 AM on Saturday morning. Loud groaning air conditioning units at Life Center Ministries are loud enough to be heard throughout the neighborhood and specifically inside of my home. This is a violation of City Code and is a noise nuisance. These AC units need a sound a barrier to prevent their nuisance noise form negatively affecting surrounding neighbors. This is a nuisance noise that will not stop.
