Description

Between 2:15 and 2:30 today two Duck Tour Boats turned off Huntington Street onto Belvidere st while i was in a lit cross walk. They came within two feet of me. A third duck boat did stop. I tried to call them but there is no way to access a human. Most frustrating never mind dangerous. By the way. They both saw me. They looked right at me and proceeded anyway.
