City of Virginia Beach assigned this issue to 311 Citizen Services - CS1

It's been like this all year. Grass is overgrown and all the beds have weeds growing in them. The round about st the school is in terrible shape, almost as much grass and weeds as the bushes. Not sure what's going on this year, but in the past a much better job has been done keeping this area in shape

I find it rather peculiar that the city can go around and issue citations to others for issues and they don't have to follow or abide by the same rules and regulations as everyone else I find it repulsive and offensive .....
