For the past several weeks there has been a silver car with Delaware plates parked across from 77 High St. I think it belonged to one of the many people that have been in and out of that apt. But on Aug. 4 due to some work being done on the sidewalk the car had to be pushed down High St. to allow the men to work. Last Sun. it was pushed up to Elmwood Place. It is somewhat close to the intersection and it does cause some congestion with traffic turning into Elmwood when there are cars coming down Elmwood. Would appreciate someone looking into the situation and getting it moved.
