Tall grass and weeds at Walgreens drug store at the prominent corner of Zumbehl Road and Hawk's Nest Drive. This looks tacky and is a mess. Walgreens needs to maintain their grass, put in irrigation and enhance their barren, non-existent landscaping...nothing but weeds! Where is the City of St. Charles code enforcement? Walgreens can afford to spruce up. The City is failing on code enforcement.
