Loud air conditioning units at Life Center Ministries. Can be heard inside of my home over 100 yards away. Cannot hear any of my neighbors AC units. The units at Life Center Ministries are installed improperly. They also need a sound barrier. Their noise is a nuisance and negatively impacts residents on Mt. Vernon Road and Ryefield Drive. This noise nuisance is a violation of City Code. We do not understand why the Code Enforcement Office will not enforce the City Code. This is a dereliction of duty and breaks the contract that the city has with the residents of Sandy Springs. Furthermore, Life Center Ministries is knowingly aggravating neighbors and causing harm with this nuisance noise.
