Description

This brick house/duplex has been unoccupied for quite a while. It is owned by Associated Partners LLC out of Tallahassee, FL and clearly they don't care about it. The tree is dead and large pieces of it fall into the street frequently. There is also a power pole nearby. The yard is VERY overgrown and the weeds have extended to the curb & street - not to mention into neighboring yards! This makes the rest of us - who take care of your yards - look bad! Regular property maintenance for absentee owners needs to be enforced!!!
