Description

The people with motorcycles with no mufflers who constantly go through downtown and residential neighborhoods really need to be stopped. It's illegal, obnoxious, disruptive and should not be hard for NHPD to find these guys (you can hear them from a mile away). Please stop and fine just a few and send the message. I'm certain that almost none of these people live here, so they shouldn't be allowed to ruin it for those who do.
