Description

The strip of Winchester Avenue needs enforcement. Liquor cans litter across the street from International Package Store. The homeowners who have fixed up the property on corner of Starr and Winchester don't deserve that. As requested before, store owners need to be held accountable for their trash that litters our neighborhood. Better yet, close them down if they can't be responsible.
