There is a serious roach and rodent issue in this building. From the day and hour of moving in there has been a roach infestation. Other residents are reporting exactly the same thing and nothing is being done about it. The worst part is clearly it isn't being recorded. They just simply tell you to book the exterminator. At one point it got so bad they where to be seen during the day! No doubt it will hit his level again soon as there are definitely adult roaches roaming around. I have also seen them in the lobby areas. The roaches are coming in though the vents within apartments and obviously though other ways such as the giant gap beneath all of the doors which is probably how the rodents are getting in too. Exterminator service offered is not adequate their full service is simply spraying the kitchen cupboards. Sanitation within the compactor rooms needs to be improved. Floors are dirty with stuff spilled on them and residents readily placing garbage in the recycling. Sanctions need to be implemented.
Outside paths are not being cleaned there is a giant green spot behind building 1 where an overflow pipe leaks. Note: rodents are on upper levels of the building.
