EVERY. OTHER. DAY there is illegal dumping on this corner. There are people squatting under the old library building here and I find it hard to believe the two aren't related. There used to be a community garden on this lot that is no longer available because of the same squatters who causes the fire. Does there need to be another fire and more deaths before something is done about this????
