Description
The home at 820 86th Ave. No. has grass so overgrown in the front yard that is 3 feet tall. It cannot be mowed with the average lawn mower at this point. I don't know if this house is a rental or was recently sold as I never see the tenants Not only does it look bad to the rest of the people on the street, it draws mosquitoes, snakes and rats. Please look into this.
