Oakland is the filthiest most littered city I have ever seen what is wrong with the people who live in this place it is absolutely disgusting

Address on boxes is Beavex, 2802 W. Winton Ave, Hayward. They are a transportation company. The boxes appear to contain kitchen cabinetry by a company called Yorktowne. Too many contractors (or subs, who knows?) dumping their crap all over town. Is it really that much trouble to break down the boxes, fold them up and place them by the recycling can? Really??
