Trash truck running 2 red lights when the driver could clearly have stopped the truck. Both occurred between 11:55 and noon on 8/16/17. First occurred where Burnett Rd intersects with the road leading to the former Plantation Inn. Second occurred on I291 exit ramp and Fuller Rd. Plate number M75213.
