The potholes are now ponds. One might need an ATV or monster truck to get by this 'private' road. The city plows the snow but does not fix the ridiculous pot-ponds that create the perfect nesting grounds for Mosquitos. There is a rainwater drain on the road but it seems to be conveniently clogged up with leaves on purpose. I cannot clean the drain since the road is considered 'private'. Maybe I should send the city my electric bill because my sump pump is running every 8 seconds 24 hours a day. Quite disgusted. I've added pictures.
