Description

Timing seems to be off at new traffic signal at intersection on 113th at entrances for Publix and Seminole City Center. It seems to take several minutes for the light to activate to let traffic out of both plazas. Today around 1 pm there were about 12 cars waiting to exit Seminole City Center and several waiting to exit Publix and there was very little traffic north or south bound on 113th St.
