Thank you for providing this information. This is the second report the City of Falcon Heights has received regarding this issue in the past few days. As both Larpenteur and Fairview Avenues are Ramsey County Roads, the traffic signal is controlled by Ramsey County. We have shared both reports with the county so they can mitigate appropriately.
