Description

The only way onto Ritchie Hwy from Joyce Lane near Goddard is to make a right and head north. Several cars are making lefts - driving into incoming traffic around the poles and either making a second illegal u-turn or crossing over Ritchie Hwy south. This is extremely dangerous and needs to stop. Especially since we only have the one option for leaving this area with Joyce partially closed.
