GFL refuses to pick up bulk on the cul de sac. Repeated calls and an email have had no result. A bed platform, door and random items have been on curb since end of June. Now a couch is there. Failure to pick up attracts actual illegal dumping and violates contacted services with city which are paid through fees attached to property tax. Since GFL has taken over mgt, service has seriously declined and the company is non responsive. THE CHOICES ARE FALSE. Nothing was put out improperly. The fault is GFL
