Description

I'm writing again about the intersection where Rivoli, Forsyth Road and Napier come together. I don't understand why one side of the road waits while the same road in the other direction has a green light. Its a waste of time and money. And it takes longer to clear the traffic. I was going SE on Forsyth. Let's call it Eastbound for convenience. I was stopped at the red light at Rivoli. Why does the West bound traffic get a green light before the Eastbound traffic? I see no logical reason. I'd be glad to meet someone and show them what I mean at the intersection.
