The mailbox is not a violation. A notice was left on the other items allowing time to correct.

I understand Mr McKeever that you have to follow procedural regulations, however placing a notice on THUS ABANDON home is definitely going to go unanswered. It is clear from the site of the property NO ONe stays there are even visit the property otherwise it would not be in condition it is now. Some properties require Immediate Action. This hone qualifies.

I have also sent a letter to the homeowner.

Thank you for reporting this vegetation request via ShowMe&Fix. The issue you reported has since been fixed and we are closing this issue.

The condition of the property is unchanged - except that now, the garage doors are pulled down. The doors are still broken, the fence is falling down, the mailbox door is broken, and the yard is not edged or cut (grass growing over the curb and sidewalk).
This issue should not be closed!

Please re-inspect this address. As stated before, the only difference is that the broken garage doors have been pulled down. All other violations remain the same.

What happens now - since no one appeared in court?

The garage door has been pulled down, but it is still broken. The side fence is down - you can see into the back yard. There is a large pile of tree branches staked on the other side of the yard. Grass is growing in the cracks of the sidewalk and driveway.
