The mapping will not allow the exact location but the road is torn up just south of the City Limit sign and is forcing traffic into the opposing lane to avoid the pot holes.

Wanda called back. Turns out this is actually in the Caltrans right-of-way (part of I-80 interchange). She reported to Shelley at Caltrans (707-762-6641).
