Description

Every time it rains, even lightly, the section of street along with the LEAP lot floods and leaves standing water for days if not weeks. This becomes a breeding ground for mosquitoes and other insects. There needs to be some sort of drainage solution, whether it be draining into Adriana's Restaurant parking lot or some other solution. This poses a threat to not only the neighborhood, but the children's after school organization that shares the area. The pictures are not even as bad as it can actually get.
