Description

3 houses in a row 6240, 6246 and 6252 Westower Drive, next to the school, using their front yards, storm drainage ditches and partially the road as junk yards. Mounds of trash, furniture and yard debris. Their trash spreads to surrounding neighbors and woods from wind and rain. This has been going on for a long time.
