Another miserable weekend of Mack-Cali's Lutze Biergarten ignoring both the city's ordinances regarding appropriate sound levels and common decency. They are streaming another horrible ...and mean high school garage bad quality horrible band into my living and bedroom. Drums, bass, pounding into my HOME. My windows and doors are shut mind you. There is nothing else I can do to stem the sound. How in the world does this business get away with this weekend after weekend month after month? Where are my elected officials who are responsible for representing me and my neighbors and our rights? Where is the mayor? Where are the police who I have called multiple times? MR. MAYOR WHY AREN'T YOU AND THE CITY COUNCIL DOING YOUR JOBS?

One morning early last week I took a walk along our beautiful waterfront. As I neared the biergarten the cool breeze brought to me--the stink of stale beer mixed with human and dog urine. So now our neighborhood smells bad, too. The Lutz bands remind me of the horrible, untalented Jersey musicians Adriana of the Sopranos booked when she was trying to run a nightclub.

This is ridiculous and clearly money from Lutze is padding politicians' pockets. Let's rent a boat and pipe in loud music to their venue on Monday movie night! #lutzelosers

Saturday, 6:20 P.M. Another untalented band wrecks the peace of our residences and we are forced to flee indoors and close the windows on this otherwise beautiful summer evening. If the biergarten is going to continue to assault us in this way, could they at least fire the drummer!!!???

We need more aggressive action as clearly neither elected officials or police are enforcing the code. Need something radical- a boat blasting really bad music at them for starters? Let's get creative and get this resolved.

Out of curiosity, why is it the police's responsibility? Who issues the permit for Lutze and who allows the music ordinance? Seems like someone is passing the buck.
