Why can't they take off & fly over the bay & circle back around to the beach where it's less annoying to the resident's of the peninsula of St.Pete? I've been a Geico customer for 10 plus years & I'm seriously considering doing business with another company because it's so annoying to me to hear the open headers of the exhaust trying to draw attention to their banner. Where is the FAA on this issue? The city says it's out of their jurisdiction. This issue is needs to be address by someone in command. Maybe Aerial Banners will try to be a nice neighbor & do the right thing! Yeah, maybe I'll win the $400 plus million Power Ball!

This type of advertising should not be allowed at all. I saw this at the Beach. Very rude.

We have worked with various City agencies about this issue over the past year. Unfortunately, the City does not have jurisdiction in cases like this as we do not regulate airspace. We have sent the information to the Airport to see if the Company could be contacted that way and they are aware of the complaints that have been made.
