Description

The new homeowners of 209 Phelps are installing a driveway without a permit. It is immediately in front of their house and either encroaches on or butts immediately up to my property, 207 Phelps. At no time did they appear to follow any permit related procedures such as speaking to neighbors, requesting a variance and posting signs. In no way would we ever let such an eyesore be placed near or on our property. We are concerned at the exposed pvc pipe coming from their basement as well. It is not properly installed so it separates, spewing forth water on both properties. In addition, there is now an unsound looking fire pit in their backyard as well as playground equipment also immediately on the property line. These folks proudly tell their neighbors that they don't do permits. Perhaps AA County will intervene?
