Red Top Farm on West River Rd in shady Side MD has repeatedly put up signs in front of the Shady Side Post Office. They take them down and then put them up again when they are approached by the county. They are blocking the street view when coming out of the post office and have seen many cars involved in very close accidents. We have spoken to the owner several times, Mike Shay, he just puts the signs back up. The are everywhere and on private property. He will put them up on Friday nights while no one in the county is working. Our neighbors would appreciate him being cited or fined because nothing else is working. It is a traffic hazard. He is also putting up "No cell tower" signs on private property, on the corner of Deep Cove Rd, Columbia Beach Rd and Nick Rd. Private property and not authorized. Owners have taken them down, only for him to put them back up
